Hello! My name is Colette Peterick. I view everyone as unique with inherent value. My goal is to create a safe, positive, and inviting environment through a strong therapeutic relationship. Allowing the client to feel seen, heard, and understood is very important to me. I work alongside the client to build self-esteem, create mindfulness and intentionality, reduce anxiety and depression, process grief, strengthen coping skills, improve connections with others, and enhance overall fulfillment with life. I practice a holistic approach to therapy, looking at a variety of aspects that might be contributing to an individual’s distress. Even though life is challenging you can still grow, heal and find joy. It would be my honor to walk with you in finding peace and relief from the things that keep you stuck.

When I am not seeing clients, I am spending my time with my husband, daughter and three cats. I enjoy Doctor Who, playing board games, and shooting archery.

I have my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Colorado Christian University. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication studies from Liberty University. I am working towards independent practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. I provide service under the supervision of Mark Schmoyer, MS, LPCC.
