Erin Cornell, MA
Cornerstone Compassion Counseling LLC

Please feel free to contact me at (763) 220-2312 to schedule a time for us to meet and determine if I am a good fit for your needs.
I love helping children and adult women as they navigate some of life’s difficult seasons. Whether they are working through anxiety, depression, grief/loss, navigating complex family dynamics, or facing other life transitions and challenges.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in Christian faith, offering a compassionate and hopeful space where people can feel safe to be authentic. My priority is to meet everyone’s unique emotional and spiritual needs.
For children and families my focus is on building a safe and secure atmosphere where young ones can express feelings they might not yet have the words for, helping them to build resilience, gain confidence, manage emotions, and improve their coping skills, while also helping caregivers learn how to best support them.
For adult women I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to help them quiet negative self-talk, improve self-esteem, process life shifts, grief or loss, repair relationships, and step confidently into their God-given identity and gain peace.
I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from Crown College. I hold an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and a Birth-Grade 3 Minnesota teaching license. Over the course of my career, I have taught a variety of grades, including ECFE, Preschool, 1st Grade, and 3rd Grade.
I provide services under the supervision of Mary Anderson, MA, LMFT.
