Hi, I’m Josiah. Thanks for taking a few minutes to learn more about me and the counseling I provide. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside people as they seek greater understanding and healing and begin identifying their next step forward. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who feel confused, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we can identify what may be keeping you stuck and what you need to begin moving toward healing and thriving again.

My approach to counseling is compassionate, practical, and focused on the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and faith. As we explore your story, your place within it, and the experiences that have shaped you, we can draw upon foundational principles and establish rhythms of life that build resilience, support healing, and cultivate lasting joy.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Christian counseling and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University.

I provide services under the supervision of Mark Schmoyer, MS, LPCC.

Josiah is an independent contractor at NWFC and is the owner of Crosspoint Counseling LLC.
